I like to serve this Vietnamese-inspired Asian slaw with paleo Satay skewers. The dressing for this salad is the same as the marinade for the skewers (minus the oil), so if you plan on making the skewers, just follow the instructions there for the marinade, then omit all the dressing ingredients here (except oil). This is also a fine salad served with salmon or any other occasion, really, and as always, its gluten-free and soy-free.
