Simple Paleo Biscuits

If you’re missing something bready to dip into your soup, these simple paleo biscuits will do the trick. They also make for a nice mid-morning snack smothered with your favorite spread.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place dry ingredients in a small bowl, and stir to combine.
  3. Whisk together wet ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture until thoroughly combined.
  4. With your hands, divide the the mixture in four equal sections. Take one section and split it in two again. Then take those two sections and form into two balls. Place the balls on the cookie sheet and gently flatten with the palm of your hand. Repeat for the rest of the dough until you have 8 biscuits.
  5. Bake about 15 minutes, until golden brown and a butter knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
